IN VITRO MSC CHARACTERIZATION OF CRYOPRESERVED ADIPOSE STROMAL CELLS PROCESSED VIA UVENCE WORKFLOW

Uvence has published peer-reviewed research in Tissue Engineering, Part C: Methods describing a standardised workflow for washing, cryopreservation, thawing, and emulsifying of human adipose tissue. The study evaluates post-thaw viability and in-vitro characterisation of stromal cells recovered from Uvence processed nanofat, demonstrating high viability following cryopreservation. By validating outcomes after thawing rather than at fresh processing alone, the publication highlights the importance of reproducibility, quality control, and traceable tissue handling within regulated workflows.
